Ingredients :

1lb. asparagus spears
1 cup lamb rinds, crushed
¼ cup almond flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
Black pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste

Directions : 

1.In a suitable bowl, mix up the parmesan cheese, almond flour, pepper, and salt.

2. In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs.

3Add crushed lamb rind into the shallow dish.

4. Spray “Air Fryer Basket” with some cooking spray.

5. First coat asparagus with parmesan mixture then into the eggs and finally coat with crushed lamb rind.

6. Place coated asparagus into the “Air Fryer Basket” and Air Fry the food at 380 degrees F/ 195 degrees C for 10 minutes.

7. Serve and enjoy.
