Ingredients :

1 large chopped into florets cauliflower head
3 beaten eggs
⅔ cup of cornstarch
2 tbsp. of melted butter
¼ cup of hot sauce

Directions : 

1.Preheat your air fryer to 360 degrees F/ 180 degrees C.

2. In a large mixing bowl, add and mix the eggs and the cornstarch a properly.

3. Add the cauliflower, gently toss it until it is properly covered with the batter, shake it off in case of any excess batter and set it aside.

4. Grease your “Air Fryer Basket” with a nonstick cooking spray and add the cauliflower bites which will require you to work in batches.

5. Cook the cauliflower bites at 360 degrees F/ 180 degrees C on Air Fry mode for 15 to 20 minutes or until it has a golden-brown color and a crispy texture, while still shaking occasionally.

6. Then, using a small mixing bowl, add and mix the melted butter and hot sauce properly.

7. Once the cauliflower bites are done, remove it from your air fryer and place it into a large bowl.

8. Drizzle the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower bites and toss it until it is properly covered.

9. Serve and enjoy!
