Ingredients :

1-lb. cauliflower
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground paprika
4-oz. turkey fillet, chopped

Directions :

1.Wash the cauliflower, chop, and set aside.

2. In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk well; add the salt and ground paprika and stir well.

3. Place the chopped turkey in the “Air Fryer Basket” and cook them for 4 minutes at 365 degrees F/ 185 degrees C on Air Fry mode, stirring halfway through.

4. After this, add the chopped cauliflower and stir the prepared mixture.

5. Air Fry the turkey/cauliflower mixture for 6 minutes more at 370 degrees F/ 185 degrees C, stirring it halfway through.

6. Then pour in the whisked egg mixture and stir it carefully.

7. Air Fry the cauliflower hash for 5 minutes more at 365 degrees F/ 185 degrees C.

8. When the cauliflower hash is done, let it cool and transfer to serving bowls.

9. Serve and enjoy.
