Ingredients :

4 large eggs
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon red pepper, crushed
½ cup broccoli florets, chopped
½ cup mushrooms, chopped

Directions : 

1.Sprinkle 4 ramekins with cooking spray and set aside.

2. In a suitable bowl, whisk eggs with onion powder, garlic powder, and red pepper.

3. Add mushrooms and broccoli and stir well.

4. Pour egg mixture into the prepared ramekins and place ramekins into the air fryer basket.

5. Cook at almost 350 degrees F/ 175 degrees C for almost 15 minutes. Make sure soufflé is cooked if soufflé is not cooked then cook for 5 minutes more.

6. Serve and enjoy.
