Ingredients :

2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tbsps. capers
½ lb. ground lamb
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsps. fresh mint, chopped
½ tbsp. cilantro, chopped
2 tsps. red pepper flakes, crushed
1 ½ tbsps. butter, melted
1 tsp. kosher sal

Directions : 

1.Add all the recipe ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix well.

2. Spray “Air Fryer Basket” with some cooking spray.

3. Make small balls from meat mixture and then place into the Air Fryer Basket.

4. Cook the meatballs at 395 degrees F/ 200 degrees C for 10 minutes.

5. Shake the basket halfway through cooking.

6. Serve and enjoy.
