Ingredients :

1 lb. tofu, drained and pressed
1 tbsp. arrowroot powder
1 tbsp. tamari
For sauce:
2 tsps. arrowroot powder
2 tbsps. erythritol
½ cup water
⅓ cup lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon zest

Directions : 

1.Cut the tofu into cubes. Add tofu and tamari into the zip-lock bag and shake well.

2. Add 1 tablespoon of arrowroot into the bag and shake well to coat the tofu. Set aside for 15 minutes.

3. While marinating, in a suitable bowl, mix all sauce ingredients and then set aside for later use.

4. Spray “Air Fryer Basket” with some cooking spray.

5. Add tofu cubes into the “Air Fryer Basket” and Air Fry them at 390 degrees F/ 200 degrees C for 10 minutes.

6. Shake the basket halfway through for evenly cooking.

7. Add cooked tofu and sauce mixture into the skillet and cook over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes.

8. Serve and enjoy.
