Ingredients :

1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 orange bell pepper, cut into strips
4 eggs, whisked
Salt and black pepper to the taste
2 tablespoons mozzarella, shredded
Cooking spray

Directions : 

1.Mix the all the bell peppers, pepper, salt, and the eggs in a mixing bowl.

2. Toss well to combine.

3. Before cooking, heat your air fryer to 350 degrees F/ 175 degrees C.

4. Gently grease a baking pan that fits in your air fryer with cooking spray.

5. Pour in the egg mixture and spread it well.

6. Top the mixture with Mozzarella and cook in the preheated air fryer for 20 minutes.

7. When cooked, remove from the air fryer and serve hot on plates.

8. Enjoy your breakfast!
