Ingredients :

6 eggs
3 mushrooms, sliced
10 asparagus, chopped
¼ cup half and half
2 teaspoons butter, melted
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Directions : 

1.Toss mushrooms and asparagus with melted butter and add into the air fryer basket.

2. Cook mushrooms and asparagus at 350 degrees F/ 175 degrees C for 5 minutes. Shake basket twice.

3. Meanwhile, in a suitable bowl, whisk together eggs, half and half, black pepper, and salt.

4. Transfer cook mushrooms and asparagus into the air fryer basket.

5. Pour egg mixture over mushrooms and asparagus.

6. Place dish in the preheated air fryer and cook at almost 350 degrees F/ 175 degrees C for 5 minutes or until eggs are set.

7. Slice and serve.
