Ingredients :

2 refrigerated piecrusts
½ cup strawberry preserves
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Cooking oil spray
½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1-ounce cream cheese, at room temperature
3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
Rainbow sprinkles, for decorating

Directions : 

1. Place the piecrusts on a flat surface.

2. Cut each piecrust into 3 rectangles using a knife or pizza cutter, for 6 in total.

3. In a suitable bowl, mix cornstarch and the preserves. Mix well.

4. Scoop 1 tablespoon of the strawberry filling onto the top ½ of each piece of piecrust.

5. Fold the bottom of each piece to enclose the filling inside.

6. Press along the edges of each tart to seal using the back of a fork.

7. At 350 degrees F/ 175 degrees C, preheat your air fryer.

8. Once your air fryer is preheated, spray the crisper plate with cooking oil.

9. Work in batches, spray the breakfast tarts with cooking oil and place them into the basket in a single layer.

10. Set the air fryer’s temperature to 375 degrees F/ 190 degrees C, and set the time to 10 minutes.

11.Repeat the same steps with remaining ingredients.

12. In a suitable bowl, stir together the cream cheese, yogurt, and confectioners’ sugar.

13. Top the breakfast tarts with the frosting and garnish with sprinkles.
