Ingredients :

24 oz. mushrooms, cut stems
½ cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 small carrot, diced
½ bell pepper, diced
½ onion, diced
2 bacon slices, diced

Directions : 

1.Chop mushroom stems finely.

2. Spray suitable pan with some cooking spray and heat over medium heat.

3. Add chopped mushrooms, bacon, carrot, onion, and bell pepper into the pan and cook until tender.

4. Remove pan from heat. Add cheese and sour cream into the cooked vegetables and stir well.

5. Stuff vegetable mixture into the mushroom cap and place them into the Air Fryer Basket.

6. Cook the stuffed mushrooms at 350 degrees F/ 175 degrees C for 8 minutes.

7. Serve and enjoy.
