Ingredients :

2 sweet potatoes, peeled
1 red onion, peeled
1 white onion, peeled
1 tsp. olive oil
¼ cup almond milk

Directions :

1. Chop the sweet potatoes and the onions into cubes.

2. Sprinkle the sweet potatoes with olive oil.

3. Place the peeled and diced sweet potatoes in the “Air Fryer Basket” and Air Fry them for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F/ 205 degrees C.

4. When the time is up, stir the sweet potatoes and add the chopped onions; pour in the almond milk and stir gently.

5. Air Fry the mix for 10 minutes more at 400 degrees F/ 205 degrees C.

6. When the mix is cooked, let it cool a little and serve.
