Ingredients :

6 eggs
4 drops stevia
¼ cup Swerve
⅓ cup coconut oil, melted
1 cup zucchini, grated
¾ cup coconut flour
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon baking sod

Directions : 

1.At 325 degrees F/ 160 degrees C, preheat your air fryer.

2. Add all the recipe ingredients except zucchini in a suitable bowl and mix well.

3. Add zucchini and stir well.

4. Pour batter into the silicone muffin molds and place into the air fryer basket.

5. Cook muffins for 20 minutes.

6. Serve and enjoy.
